At WHAT THE FLEX, we want you to feel as good as you look; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
